Welcome — I’m Carol das Neves, a holistic therapist dedicated to guiding individuals on their path to emotional healing, self-awareness, and spiritual growth through ancient wisdom and integrative practices.

Drawing from time-honored traditions such as meditation, astrology, and mindfulness-based techniques, I create personalized experiences to support your well-being at every level — emotional, physical, and spiritual.

My practice is grounded in comprehensive training from esteemed institutions including the London School of Astrology, The Chopra Centre, The Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening, and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I earned certifications and accreditations in both Eastern and Western wellness philosophies. My academic background also includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Development Studies from the University of Westminster in London, where I lived for over 15 years while raising my children.

I offer tailored astrological readings that focus on the spiritual and karmic dimensions of the soul. Whether you’re seeking self-knowledge through a birth chart analysis or looking to align with future cosmic cycles through forecasting, each session is designed to offer deep insight and empowerment.

As a certified Chopra Meditation teacher, I provide both introductory and advanced meditation consultations — including personalised guidance on integrating lunar mantras into your practice, a profound Vedic technique rooted in your individual birth details.

Beyond one-to-one consultations, I also facilitate group workshops and talks, introducing essential principles of Vedanta philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and self-care. My mission is to equip individuals and groups with the knowledge and tools to cultivate inner balance, resilience, and lasting well-being.

About Me

I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, into a family of Portuguese immigrants. My early years were shaped by both the challenges of childhood trauma and profound moments of spiritual awakening — experiences that quietly laid the foundation for my path as a holistic practitioner.

In 2010, I moved to London to study Politics, driven by a desire to contribute to building a more just and compassionate world. It was during this time that I came to understand: true change begins within. The evolution of society depends on the evolution of individual consciousness. This realisation became the catalyst for my own journey — one of healing, self-discovery, and the pursuit of inner peace — as I worked to overcome trauma and chronic stress.

Today, I am dedicated to sharing the transformative practices that have shaped my own path, supporting others in cultivating emotional resilience, spiritual growth, and mental well-being, while remaining deeply committed to my own ongoing study and personal evolution.

My lineage also holds deep significance in my path. My ancestors are the Amazigh people of North Africa, whose name means "The Free People". For over 12,000 years, the Amazigh have preserved a way of life rooted in connection — both with ancestral traditions and with the inward and outward cycles of nature. Their reverence for freedom, balance, and living in harmony continues to inspire and shape the way I approach healing and spiritual growth.

Today, I am dedicated to sharing the transformative practices that have shaped my own path, supporting others in cultivating emotional resilience, spiritual growth, and mental well-being, while remaining deeply committed to my own ongoing study and personal evolution.
